Ibrahima Kobar began his career in 1989 as a statistician in the economic, banking and financial research department at Société Générale.
Ibrahima joined IXIS Asset Management in 1994 as an insurance portfolio manager in the bond management department.
In 2012, he became co-CIO at Ostrum Asset Management, in charge of Fixed Income
In 2017, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Global CIO. He has been CIO, Head of Fixed Income & Research at Ostrum Asset Management since 2022.
Ibrahima Kobar is an actuary with a degree from the Institut de Statistiques of Paris and a member of the Institut des Actuaires Français. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
