Gender equality has long been a priority for Ostrum AM and forms a crucial dimension of its CSR policy. Our commitment has been applauded by the French Ministry of Labor, with an excellent score of 93 out of 100 in its Gender Equality Index.

This index draws on five indicators to assess a range of data on gender equality in the workplace each year, to give a score out of 100 points:

  • Gender pay gap;
  • Same opportunity for pay rise for women and men;
  • Same opportunities for promotion for women and men;
  • Pay rise for women on return from maternity leave;
  • Equal gender representation in th top ten highest paid employees.

Ostrum AM's outstanding score is the culmination ot our long-term efforts in this crucial area and confirms the strength of our workplace gender equality program.
