In line with its CSR action plan and its desire to actively engage all its employees on climate issues, Ostrum AM is continuing its training efforts on this theme in 2023 by offering “Climate Fresk” workshops.
Designed as a participatory awareness tool, Climate Fresk educates employees on the causes and consequences of climate change. By identifying the chain of impacts, participants can understand the global climate problem.
Led by internal stakeholders, the first Climate Fresk workshops were held in late 2022. Further workshops will take place throughout 2023 so that all employees can enjoy this fun and educational experience. Biodiversity workshops will also be offered to employees interested in the approach.
