Visit Ostrum AM’s new Client Area!

Ostrum Asset Management offers its clients the best possible services in an optimum timeframe and launches its new Client Area – a secure devoted online portal where you can track your portfolios’ performances.

The Ostrum AM Client Area provides access to real-time up-to-date information on your investments (funds and mandates), including:

  • a dashboard that provides details on your portfolio as well as other relevant information (NAV1, AuM, performances, etc.);
  • a document library consisting of fund reports and regulatory documents, as well as documents you usually receive on a regular basis, which are then archived for future consultation;
  • a multi-criteria search engine covering the full Ostrum Asset Management range, where you can create a list of favorite funds.

The Ostrum AM Client Area also offers new dynamic features to sign up for alerts when documents are available and for NAV information on the funds you hold or track.

You can also use the Client Area to get in touch with client services directly online and then track the handling of your query, and also find the name and details of your business manager.
